I use what you share as a starting point, then research your business and its market to better understand the project. If I write the website copy, I aim to keep it accurate, relevant, and useful to your customers. If you provide the copy, I'll review it in context and may suggest ways to make it clearer or more effective for your audience.
As we gather materials, I'll learn what you already have for your brand and website. This may include fonts, colors, logos, images, navigation ideas, and anything else that can help guide the design.
Before I begin coding, you'll review the proposed design and provide feedback. I'll make an initial round of revisions, then share the updated design for a second review. Once you're happy with it, I'll begin building the website.
Once the website is complete, the final payment is due before I transfer the project files to you. I can also help with domain setup and launching the website. Any additional costs—such as domain registration, hosting, or third-party services—are the client's responsibility.

The price, deliverables, timeline, and terms will be outlined in a written agreement signed by both parties before work begins. Clients are asked to respond to messages about requested changes within three business days so the project can stay on schedule.
